Cheetah Print & StyleWe Giveaway

I've got a special style post for you today, I am cohosting a giveaway from StyleWe with fellow blogger Raine from Raine in the City! The details will be after I share my look with you...
Is there anyone else out there who was a teen/preteen when the epic Disney Channel Original Movie "Cheetah Girls" was released?

Well I was, and I still can't wear anything leopard print without thinking:"Cheetah girls, Cheetah Sisters!"
During those times I had this GREAT pair of velour Old Navy sweat pants that were leopard print. I would wear them over my leotard to ballet class and I remember my teacher always had to remind me I could only wear them during warm-ups. Ballet is serious business!
Despite the association with my preteen years, I find that leopard print can be a sophisticated and sassy pattern to incorporate into daily looks. I found this blouse for an absolute steal at JC Penney last summer. I paired it with black jeans, zip up boots, and glam jewelry. I know I often fall into the habit of wearing sweaters all winter, and it's nice to have a few long sleeve blouses to mix it up.
I've seen many bloggers say that leopard is now a neutral- what do you think? I think maybe, but not when it's in this bright fuschia color.
I am so excited to be cohosting a giveaway with StyleWe. If you've never checked out StyleWe, it is a great website full of on-trend items from independent fashion designers. One lucky winner will get $60 to shop on StyleWe.com! Check them out on Facebook and Instagram for some great fashion inspiration.

Like I mentioned earlier, it's easy to get stuck in a rut of wearing sweaters all winter. Here's a collection of my favorite non-sweater tops on StyleWe, perfect for mixing up your winter wardrobe.

  1. I have just the right shirt to recreate this outfit. It's more of a cow print than leopard, and it's not fuchsia. But I do believe it will work.

  5. I love the colorful fuchsia top. When leopard is colorful like that, it also looks like a fun mini floral. So cute, Kelsey!

Would love for you to join my new linkup from this week. It is a special linkup too - a celebration. Welcome by!
