Summer is for Rompers

I am so glad that rompers came back in style. Can we agree that they should never go out of style?
This look is so comfortable, playful, and just screams SUMMER!
I found this one on Target's clearance rack for $8.98. I wasn't sure about the pattern with a romper already being a bold statement, but once I tried it on and loved it, I figured go big or go home!

I love the back zipper detail and the cinching at the natural waist. I just added sandals and simple earrings to complete the look.

Last week we explored beautiful Northern Idaho (I'll post more about that later). Our adventures included a 90 minute cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene on our anniversary. This romper has definitely become one of my favorite easy summer looks so I wore it for the day on the water.
The cruise was gorgeous, we mostly saw crazy incredible homes owned by the rich and fabulous! It kind of felt like celebrity watching or something...
Celebrating two years with this amazing man!

There's not a lot of summer left (sigh)- fashion bloggers, any ideas on how to rock a romper for fall?

  1. That romper is darling! And you got it for such a steal! I love rompers I just have a hard time finding ones long enough to be appropriate, and it looks like yours is perfect. I think I need to scour my local Target with my fingers crossed now! ;)

    1. Laura, you're right, there are a lot of teeny tiny short rompers out there! Target has lots of good choices, I hope you find one you love!

  2. The print on that romper is spectacular!! Even if it were more money---it'd be worth it! It looks wonderful on you!
I think the romper is as easy as a dress, but better for an active lifestyle!!
    What a great buy!

  6. Adorable! You and the romper...as for styling for fall...I would experiment with half boots/booties and maybe even an oversized, creme sweater. I have to try things on a lot. Some experimenting with style days have a long duration. :)
